We take pride that our customers are informed with details of the item(s) they are ordering. We provide the description of each item. We have also included a Key to Grading, which informs you of the condition of the product. Please note that all items are Excellent to Mint Condition, unless stated otherwise. The grading of each item is determined by our thorough examination of each product being sold through Just Another Dream.

Most Orders are insured during shipping, as the insurance fee is already included in your shipping cost. This is to insure your order for loss or damage during shipping. If this occurs, you may file a claim up to the value of the parcel with your local Post Office. Please note that there are a few countries where parcels cannot be insured, as defined by the U.S. Postal Service. As Non U.S. destinatins must e-mail us to receive their shipping fee, you will be notified at that time whether your country falls under this category. Please be aware for those parcels being shipped without insurance are ordering at their own risk.

Returns & Refunds
USA, Canada, & Mexico - Products ordered are Guaranteed against defects for a period of 30 days from the date the order is shipped.
All Other Destinations - Products ordered are Guaranteed against defects for a period of 45 days from the date the order is shipped.

Returns and Refunds, from Just Another Dream, will be considered under the following guidelines:

Acceptable Reasons for Return and Refund:

• You were sent the incorrect product
• Product received is in a lesser condition than described on our site or defected in some way (excluding damage from shipping). Please see section titled "Privacy & Guarantee" for the guarantee of each product.

Unacceptable Reasons For Return and Refund:

• You've decided you do not want the product you ordered
• You've ordered the product by mistake
• You already have the product

Should you claim fall under the "Acceptable" guidelines, please contact us within the Guarantee period for resolution. Please provide us with your name, address, e-mail, telephone number, order number, item ordered, and reason for return. Prior to returning a product, we must first issue and authorization number to you and details on how to proceed and how we will issue your refund or exchange, if applicable. Any items returned to us that do not display an Authorization number will be returned to you at your expense.

All orders are shipped with insurance, unless you reside in a country where the U.S. Postal Service does not provide shipping insurance. You may file a claim through your local Post Office for any product loss or damage incurred during shipping. For those countries, where insurance is not available, you are odering at your own risk. Please note that there are only a few countries that fall under this category.

Shipping Cost - $5.50 Flat Fee (for every 5 items ordered )

• Includes Shipping Insurance
  Insurance Coverage as defined by the U.S. Postal Service - Postal Insurance covers
  (1) the value of the contents (Less Depreciation) at the time of mailing, if lost or totally damaged, or
  (2) the cost of repairs. It does not cover spoilage of perishable items. Coverage may not exceed the limit for the insurance fee paid. Consult postmaster for details of insurance limits and coverage.

Please note that orders are shipped via US Postal Service, although we reserve the right to use alternative parcel carriers at our discretion.

Should your order be damaged during shipping or not received per our delivery guideline below, please contact your local Post Office so you may file your claim. Customers who have placed their order via telephone or mail will need to contact us for the "US Insured Mail" reference number in order to file a claim with your local Post Office. Customers who have placed their order on-line (if they provide us with e-mail address) will be sent an e-mail confirming the date of shipment along with the "US Insured Mail" reference number. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving order.

Delivery Guideline for US Orders: You should receive your order within 1 - 3 Weeks of shipping date.

International (Areas Outside the U.S.A.)

Due to the vast variety of international shipping costs, we are unable to offer a universal flat rate for your International Shipping Charges.

In order that we are able to quote a fair and accurate shipping charge to our international customers, you must contact us at shipping@justanotherdream.com . Please provide us with the Country in which your order will be shipped and details of your order.

Upon receipt of this information we will calculate your Shipping & Handling Fee, to including shipping insurance, and e-mail the quote back to you. You will be able to then enter the appropriate amount manually on the order form. Please note that if the correct shipping amount is not entered onto the order form, you will be billed the balance and your order will not be shipped until balance is paid.

Please note that we only ship by AIR and do not ship Surface Mail on all International Orders, unless Surface mail is defined by the US Postal Service as the only means of delivery. We believe that this is the simplest and most economical method for all our international customers.
